Victoria is a food safety and quality professional with experience working across many areas of the food and beverage industry, including supply chain, distribution, and retail. She has working knowledge of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) food safety regulations and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification standards.
In addition, Victoria has experience developing and implementing digital platforms and information technology (IT) systems (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint®, Power Platform®, and Power BI®) to help manage food safety programs. She excels at finding IT solutions to improve data management and create operational efficiencies.
Highlights of Victoria’s experience include the following:
- Converting analog internal processes to a digital format to increase efficiency and ease of use.
- Modernizing the supplier approval program by acquiring a cross-functional digital platform to manage suppliers.
- Developing a store guidance document for over 2,300 stores using regulatory public resources.
- Using Microsoft Power Platform to create metrics dashboards for all areas of food safety.
Victoria has her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Clemson University.
