Jan is a solutions-driven professional with extensive business management experience across all administrative areas, including finance, insurance, accounting, human resources, and legal. She plays a vital role in keeping KTL’s day-to-day operations running smoothly for clients and for employees. Jan has also used her office management skills to help clients on document management projects as part of their compliance efforts.
Jan is often on the forefront with our clients, managing accounts receivable/payable and working to make the invoicing process as straightforward as possible for our clients. She is also responsible for ensuring that project startup and closure activities are completed on all KTL projects.
With 35 years of business administrative experience, Jan serves as a key resource on all KTL operational issues. She is involved in establishing and implementing uniform office procedures and systems across all KTL offices to enhance our ability to efficiently serve clients. In addition, she manages outside insurance, equipment leasing, accounting and HR vendors; administers the company 401(k) plan; manages company financials and billable time; and has developed programs for implementing change in recruiting and new hires.
Prior to joining KTL, Jan served in roles as the Executive Assistant to two doctors within the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, Executive Assistant to General Counsel of a leading utility company, and Human Resource Manager for a leading provider of consulting services and technologies.
