As an Information Technology (IT) Project Management Consultant, Joseph manages and supports KTL’s ongoing Microsoft SharePoint, dynaQ™, and database projects. He works with the KTL team to identify opportunities for integrating technology into solutions to further improve clients’ business productivity and efficiency. Further, he is bilingual in English and French and is able to provide business translation, as needed.
Joseph works extensively with clients to ensure the successful implementation of data management solutions. These responsibilities include client service management, onsite project deployment and training, and continued customer outreach and service. Highlights of his project work include the following:
- Serves as project manager for a multi-discipline environmental permit management application project for a Fortune 500 company.
- Assists clients in implementing tailored IT-enhanced EHS management systems.
- Researches and provides regulatory guidance on changes in federal and state regulations to a multi-national agricultural chemical company.
- Works closely with clients on utilizing their data-driven applications for business improvement.
Joseph’s skills include effectively extracting meaningful reporting and trends from datasets in order to provide clients with valuable insights in strategic planning. As an educator by training, he excels at effectively teaching the nuances of KTL’s technology applications and walking clients through any technology issues they may encounter.
