I participated in the site visits with [KTL] and it was quite evident that [KTL] had subject matter experts in safety. Furthermore, they were able to have candid discussions with employees in operations because it was obvious that they knew their stuff. Additionally, [KTL] was also able to provide some best practice ideas to field employees, which were well received.
